PART TIME OFFICE MANAGER,
SYDNEY
Small boutique agency with a design, digital
and marketing communications focus has a role for an in-house
office manager/administrator/bookkeeper part-time.
The role involves working on a varied mix of tasks including
office administration, bookkeeping, payroll and super, database
management, HR and marketing, and PA work for CEO.
Familiarity with design, marketing or advertising and office
management and bookkeeping experience (MYOB) an advantage.
Work with a small, dynamic professional team with good clients,
inspired creative skills and a fun attitude. We are looking
to work with a proactive, positive and professional person.
Part-time, flexible, casual hours to suit right candidate (with
study, family or private client commitments), approximately
8 to 16 to hours per week. Paid an hourly rate of $22 an hour
plus super, negotiable. (Flexible hours means we will consider
candidates who need time-off for their kids school-holidays,
school pick-ups, or their own exam time or holidays)
Report to and assist a busy CEO in Sydney, but this role involves
minimal supervision and will require good organisational and
communication skills to liaise with a small team, clients, prospects
and suppliers. Good finance and office management skills an
advantage - we need someone who is well organised and able to
meet tight deadlines. Inner city location close to transport.
