Track your job

We assign a project manager who will contact you, usually by email. The Galaxy works on a roster system so we have different Account Managers and creative team members working at different times. Where possible the job brief will go to an Account Manager who is familiar with your work and the results will be delivered by them the next morning.

You will receive a unique job number to track your project.

Drafts, concepts and revisions will use the job number.

You will receive status updates on your job via email and if requested by SMS.

The aim of the Galaxy Overnight service is to make best use of online communicationto deliver your project within 24 hours.
